Rick & Lori Townsend, built this 4000 square foot log home right on the Settlers Bay golf course to run their B&B out of. The Settlers Bay golf course is one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country, with lush green grass and beautiful mountain views it will challenge all levels of golfers. We have two of the countries best golf pro's on staff to help you with your game.

This incredible home was custom built by Rick Townsend, and his wife Lori. They will also be your proprieters during your relaxing stay. Spend some time relaxing outside on our beautiful 40 foot long porch, as you enjoy the incredible scenery that you can only find in such an amazing place such as Alaska.
Located only 45 miles northeast of Anchorage, you are welcomed to come and embrace the natural beauty of Alaska! Here in Wasilla, there is a nice variety of terrain, from natural wetlands, and wooded areas and absolutely spectacular views of the Chugach mountain range.

	Featuring cable TV, wireless internet and private bathrooms for each guest. Iditarod headquarters is nearby, and we have a lot of dog mushing tours in area. Fishing guides are nearby at the Susitna river. Lots of lake fishing in area along with flight seeing tours.
	Golf in the last fronteir? Yes you can! With the midnight sun, tee times can range from 6am all the way until midnight. The course embraces the natural beauty of the surrounding area. *Golf digest* features this course in it's "Places to play" guide.
